Jeff Oetzel, 16 has put in almost 10 hours of snow shoveling at Centennial Park Skate Park. On Tues. Mar. 2 Oetzel and friends ride and clean the snow so they can start riding on a regular basis. (I was out feature hunting and got a call to go to the skate park. In BG I'd trudge that way but Davenport doesn't know that PJ's use the skate park as a last ditch effort for a picture.)
