Sometimes I see the assignment information and I just laugh. So when I saw lawn mower racing I chuckled and looked forward to a Sunday afternoon at the races.

Couple weeks ago Iowa actually thawed out. The snow disappeared and people started going outside. Track has started up and I've shot at least 4 meets.

Lately there seems to be a strong emphasis on seeing a face. Images without faces are usually canned. I didn't shoot this specifically to not have a face, but when I got there I saw what he was wearing and immediately knew what I wanted to do.
